The quality and value of our films draw clients to us, but they stay with us because of our dedication to excellent service and support—it makes all the difference. Our customer service professionals know they are the face of our company; the first line of client engagement. And they understand the responsibility they have to elevate the client experience above the industry standard. Customer service specialist Candy Bolyard takes her responsibility to maintain great client relationships very seriously, and it shows.

Candy is the primary point of contact for a number of General Film clients. She follows orders from start to finish, working hand-in-hand with clients and our in-house production and shipping teams to keep projects running smoothly. Before joining our team in November 2012, Candy spent 10 years working in the purchasing segment of the automotive industry and says that her experience specifying and pricing custom projects during that time helps her relate to her General Films clients today. “I’ve been on that side of the phone before, so I know what they’re going through and what’s important to them. I treat every one of my customers the way that I would want to be treated.”

Coming to us from a larger corporation, Candy likes the more personal feel of our family-run company and truly enjoys the people she works with every day. “I’ve never worked somewhere like this before.” she says, “Everyone really cares about how you’re doing and about getting things done right for our customers. Nobody takes shortcuts…it’s special.” Outside of work, Candy stays busy with her husband and 11-year-old daughter, spending as much time as possible outdoors and going to competitive youth swimming events.
